Features of Stateside Bingo
Stateside Bingo has loads of great features and options making it easy for you to run your bingo events just the way you want.
General Features
- The session manager helps you setup your regular sessions with ease. Save and reload the sessions time after time. Easily edited.
- Easy to use tabbed page interface.
- Runs full screen - no taskbar or toolbars visible for a nice tidy professional look. Can also be run in a maximized window.
- Automatically saves all of your settings. **
- Card data, session manager data, voices and custom patterns are saved to your My Documents folder which makes it easy to backup your important data.
- The software can make use of a second display device (in DualView mode) if available, which can be configured independently to the primary display. Can also be used with a display that has been rotated 90 degrees if required.
- Option to use up to 5 ‘Power Balls’ in your games.
- Option to play a sound if the game is won on a power ball number. Change the sound for one of your own.
- Options to play odd/even numbered games.
- Option to play with up to 2 ‘Wild’ numbers.
- Can be used alongside a traditional blower or cage - pick the numbers using your blower/cage and use the software as a display device/card checker.
Bingo Patterns
- You can play up to 3 patterns in any game.
- Choose from the 20 supplied bingo patterns or design your own ‘custom’ patterns with the easy to use pattern editor.
Bingo Cards
- Option to allow you to use your own cards (e.g. shutter type cards), including winning card verification (manual input of data required, certain limitations apply)
- Print your own randomly generated bingo cards. These are not preprogrammed in any way.
- Print up to 99999 cards. ** (Trial version allows you to print 180 cards)
- All the numbers from 1 to 75 (3 numbers missing due to FREE squares) on each 3 card strip. **
- Print between 1 and 500 randomly generated sheets of bingo cards with 1 click of the mouse. **
- Have the numbers printed Normal, Bold or Jumbo to make them really stand out.
- Optional user defined header at the top of each page so you can personalize your bingo cards with the name of your event, fundraiser, school, party etc.
- Optional user defined text on each bingo card. Print the date, game number, page number or whatever you want.
- Print colored borders around the bingo cards. Choose from a 12 color palette or print in black and white. Make your own bingo books.
- Each card has it’s own serial number for automatic verification.
- Prints standard sized cards(6 per sheet), large cards (2 per sheet, not shown here) or extra large cards (1 per sheet). The larger cards are ideal for anyone with partial visual loss or coordination difficulties.
 
Bingo Caller
- The software can generate random numbers for the bingo caller to call out, or use automatic voice calling (1 demo voice file included).
If you prefer (or need) to use a blower, cage or other equipment to draw the numbers then this software can be used a display device/card checker only.
- The current card color and game number are shown on the screen.
- Easily record your own bingo caller voice files with the inbuilt voice recorder (microphone required).
- Manual or fully automatic calling with variable time between numbers (3 to 30 seconds) - ideal for young, old, beginners and veterans.
- Pause and restart the calling at any time.
- Option to show the current pattern graphics on-screen, which animates if necessary to show all winning combinations.
- Calls only the necessary numbers that are needed for the patterns used in the current game.
- Option to show the BINGO board when calling the bingo - easy to see which numbers have been called.
- The letters on the bingo board flash if all numbers under the letter have been called.
- Use multiple voices if you have them. The software will pick one at random when calling the numbers.
- Turn speech on or off at any point.
- Change the background image of the callers screen (bmp, jpg, gif, wmf and png formats supported). Plain solid color also supported.
- Change the color of almost anything on screen.
- Change the colors of the bingo board.
- Change the default text that appears on the buttons and labels to your liking. Also useful for changing the text to a different language.
- Option to play by proper bingo rules (no late claims) or to allow late claims.

Bingo Checker
- Type in the serial number of the winning bingo card and see it displayed on screen instantly.
- The software will mark off all the numbers that have been called and will even show you if it’s a winner or not. No extra software or database required (only available for cards printed by this software or manually entered)
- Manual checking also available.
- Undo/Redo buttons to allow you to step back/forward through the called numbers.
